The extended measures include: non-Hong Kong residents from overseas countries or regions are not allowed to enter Hong Kong by air; non-Hong Kong residents who entered the Mainland, Macau and Taiwan, if they have been to any overseas country or region 14 days before arrival Entry is also prohibited; the airport continues to stop connecting services; all Hong Kong residents and non-Hong Kong residents entering from Macau and Taiwan, like the entry arrangements from the Mainland, must undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days after entry.<br \/>\nThe relevant measures were originally scheduled for 14 days until April 7. A Hong Kong SAR government spokesman said that the global epidemic of new coronaviruses remains severe. The number of confirmed cases in Hong Kong has more than doubled two weeks ago.
