The national tax revenue was 392.9 billion yuan, down 16.4% year-on-year; non-tax revenue was 695.5 billion yuan, up 0.1% year-on-year.<br \/>\nFrom the perspective of major tax revenue items, in the first quarter, domestic value-added tax was 1497.7 billion yuan, down 23.6% year-on-year; domestic consumption tax was 434.8 billion yuan, down 16.4% year-on-year; corporate income tax was 862.5 billion yuan, down 12.8% year-on-year; personal income tax was 335.3 billion yuan , A year-on-year increase of 3.5%; import value-added tax and consumption tax of 339.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.9%; tariffs of 59.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.8%; export tax rebates of 365.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.9%.<br \/>\nIn terms of expenditure, in the first quarter, the national general public budget expenditure was 5.5284 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.7%.
